The first thing you need to do is take a deep breath, calm down and visit Embassy/consulates to cancel your current passport and apply for new one. You do not need to obtain a new Working Holiday visa if you have registered with Immigration Office. You can legally reside in Korea on Working Holiday visa status with your alien registration card.
