'내가 왜 이 회사에서 일하고 싶은지'를 담은 동기적인 메세지와 resume가 정말 중요합니다.

resume는 주로 개인 정보, 학위, 경력, 자질부터 시작해 취미, 현재의 직업, 혹은 교육까지도 묻습니다.

그 후, resume에서 통과를 한다면 면접으로 들어가, 왜 이 일을 하고 싶은지, 전에는 무엇을 했는지, 지난 경험 등등에 대해서 면접을 하게 됩니다.

한국에서 처럼 2,3차로 단계를 거쳐 발탁되는 일은 드문 일입니다.

임금은 다른 유럽국가에 비교해보면 평균적입니다.
