2018-19년도 네덜란드 워킹홀리데이 비자 신청이 10.1(월) 12시에 시작될 예정입니다.
이번 연도부터 비자 신청방법이 변경되었으니 아래 내용을 꼼꼼히 확인후 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.
* 1단계 : pre-register 이메일 신청
o 신청방법 : 10.1(월) 12시 대사관 지정 이메일(seo-ca@minbuza.nl) 송부
* 이메일 내용
- 여권에 기재된 영문 성명
- 여권에 기재된 생년월일
- 여권에 기재된 여권번호
* 비자 신청자 수는 정기적으로 업데이트 예정
* 2단계 : 네덜란드 이민국(IND)으로부터 체류허가 승인받기
* 3단계 및 4단계 : 한국에서 구비서류 준비후 90일 이내 네덜란드에 도착하여 이민국(IND) 사무소에서 워킹홀리데이 비자 신청

Working holiday exchange program with South Korea
The Working Holiday Program (WHP) 2018/ 2019 will open on October 1, 2018 at 12:00.
The Working Holiday Program
The WHP enhances cultural and social development of young people and promotes mutual understanding between the two countries. The WHP allows citizens between 18 and 30 years of age to have an extended holiday in the other country, supplemented by short term employment or study, as an incidental activity of their holidays.
How to apply?
The procedure has changed. You have to lodge your application at an IND (Immigration and Naturalisation Service) office in the Netherlands. However, you will have to pre-register at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Seoul first.
Step 1: Send an email to: (address will be published October 1, 12:00). The email must contain:
- Your name (in English as printed in your passport)
- Date of birth
- Passport number
Step 2: If there are still enough seats for the WHP you will receive proof of your pre-registration by e-mail, which is provided with a serial number. Otherwise you will be put on the waiting list. Print this e-mail and show it when you apply for a residence permit at the IND office.
*Important: You will have to travel within 90 days from the date of your application.
Step 3:
3.1 Prepare the following documents for your registration in the Netherlands:
1. Birth certificate & Family Relation certificate (기본증명서 + 가족관계증명서)
2. Translated into English and legalized by a law & notary office
3. Apostille sticker attached by Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

3.2 Arrange a medical insurance (apply in the Netherlands or take out a travel insurance in Korea
with a minimum coverage of EUR30,000 for emergency medical expenses)
Step 4: Visit the local IND Office upon your arrival in the Netherlands to apply for a residence permit. Before you travel check the website of the IND for the further procedure
