Dear all Working Holiday Makers in Korea,

The Working Holiday Info Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (WHIC) would like to cordially invite you to ‘The 2nd Working Holiday Makers' meet-up event’ on July 11th, 2014.

This event is hosted by WHIC in hopes to help foreign inbound participants to facilitate your adaptation with appropriate information and to provide you with an opportunity to interact with other working holiday makers.

Please join us on this special day where you could meet other working holiday makers from 20 countries and over delicious dinner provided by WHIC. Once everyone has gathered, we will relocate together to a restaurant, where we will have dinner and you will be able to share your valuable experience as a working holiday maker in Korea, e.g. general life information, meeting new people, studying Korean, traveling, having a part time job, etc.

☞ When:  July 11^th, Friday, 18:00 (Dinner Provided)

☞ How:  To register for the event, please email us at (workingholiday@mofa.go.kr) by July 10^th along with the following information. Nationality, Name, E-mail, Cell phone number (or any other contact number) must be included in the email.

   * A brief self-introduction is optional.

   * We will send out a confirmation letter once you are registered.

☞Who:  All working holiday visa holders residing in Korea may participate

   * Participating Countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Taiwan, UK,

   * You may still apply for the event even though you do not have a working holiday visa. However, working holiday visa holders will be the first ones to be considered.

All participants are requested to be on time by 17:50 for registration..
