[Invitation] Hangout at Seoul Museum of History

Dear All Working Holiday makers,

Working Holiday Info Center (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) cordially invites you to this year’s first hangout event.

The participation fee is KRW 3,000 and a low-key meal (sandwich and drink) is provided. This event is open to change in case of bad weather-if it is rainy or not enough warm to have picnic outside, it will be substituted to a tea party at the office.

The application is first-come-first-served basis.

*Who can apply? Any foreigners who is staying in Korea with her/his Working Holiday Visa

*How to apply? By E-mail (workingholiday@mofa.go.kr) Specify your name and nationality in your email. (Inquiry: Tel. 1899-1995)

*Registration Deadline: 28th April, 2016 (Can end earlier when 10 places are filled)

*Date of Event: 29th April (Friday) 5pm

*Place of Event: Working Holiday Info Center Office (Will relocate to Seoul Museum of History together)

행사 초대 : 서울 역사 박물관 소풍

한국의 워킹 홀리데이 참가자 여러분에게,

외교부 워킹홀리데이 인포센터는 여러분들을 올해 첫 행아웃 이벤트에 초대하려고 합니다.

참가비는 3,000원이며 간단한 식사(샌드위치와 음료)가 제공됩니다. 본 행사에는 최대 10명의 워킹홀리데이 참가자를 초대합니다.

인포센터 사무실에서 만나 함께 서울 역사 박물관까지 걸어서 이동하고, 그곳에서 간단한 봄 소풍을 즐길 예정입니다. 본 행사는 날씨가 좋지 않을 경우 실내 티 파티로 대체될 수 있습니다.

인포센터가 준비한 이 특별한 행사에 여러분들을 초대하고자 하니 많은 참가 신청 바랍니다.
