<직책 설명 Duties Including>
.-Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
-Work together with trust so that colleagues and management meet the goals of the department/hotel.
. Possesses a detailed knowledge of hotel facility , their location and operating hours
-Escort gusts from front desk to their room, and handles to and from room.
. Carries luggage in out of vehicles
. Delivers messages, fax, newspaper, e-mails to the guest room.
. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
