The 2nd Foreigners’ Flea Market for 2015

The 2nd Foreigners’ Flea Market for 2015 will be held on June 21 at Gwanghwamun Plaza.

If you have used goods, traditional handicrafts, souvenirs, gifts and others, please bring them to the market.

n  Flea Market Outline:

-      When: June 21 (Sunday), 2015, 11:00-16:00

-      Where: Gwanghwamun Plaza

       (Get off at the Gwanghwanmun Station, subway line no. 5, and get out from the exit no. 7)

-      Who can join: All international residents

-      What can you sell: Used items, traditional handicrafts, souvenirs, gifts, or homemade international food

-      Booth Fee : Free of charge

-      Booth Size : Width 1.5m, Depth 3m (※ 2 team will share a 3m x 3m Booth)

※ One 1.4 meters long table and two chairs will be provided to each vender

-      How to register: Complete the application form and send it to donghoon@seoul.go.kr

※ Application form is available to download on top of this page. Use food seller application form if you wish to sell homemade food

※ Applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Our staff will let you know whether your application is accepted within one or two days upon receiving the application.

n  Items not allowed for sale and other information:

-          Living organisms, illegal reproductions of other goods, medication, all kinds of liquors, dangerous items (knives, flammable items, fluid fuels, firearms), fake luxurious products, and adult-only products. and any item that the organizer finds inappropriate to sell at the market.

-          Participants will be asked to leave the facilities upon violating any of the rules.

-          No electric power will be provided, except for food selling vendors.

-          Vendors should bring small change and varying denominations of paper notes to make change for buyers.

-          Vendors are strongly recommended to use public transportation to avoid heavy straffic congestion caused by temporary traffic control during the event.

-          You can donate a certain amount of your proceeds. Your donation will be much appreciated and added to the charity fund of Beautiful Store.

-          Address: 189, Jiha, Sejong-daero, Jongno-gu, Seoul

-          Parking Rate: \500 won for evey 5 minutes

-         Discount for Vendors: 50% discount for vendors who pre-register vehicle plate number

※ Vendors should use the 3rd to 6th basement level parking only to get the discount

-          Note: Vehicles of less than 1.8 meters in height only can acccess the parking lot
