업무 내용 | **We connect K-pop artists and fans through new and exciting experiences.** K-pop is not just a genre of music; it is an experience, a journey, where you grow to love your artist with the community around you. Since 2015, over 600 artists including Blackpink, Stray Kids, NCT, (G)I-DLE, and Le sserafim worked with Makestar to bring over 1,500 projects to K-pop fans worldwide. Fans have connected with their favorite artists through Videochats, Photo Cards, and Lucky Draw events unique to Makestar. We are growing at a breakneck speed since our launch in 2015, and we strive to create products and services for our fans from 235 countries worldwide. We invite you to join the journey to transform the lives of K-pop fans worldwide. **Interns will have the opportunity to :** - Be a part of product squad, working side by side with PO, engineers, and designers to formulate hypothesis and find the product market fit - Conduct user interviews and market research of the kpop industry - Recruit global fandom interviewees and beta testers for our initial service on a regular basis - Perform basic translation and review tasks for UI/UX and content - Present weekly insight review with team and participate in product meetings |

지원안내 | **Interns must :** - Have much experience being in a K-pop fandom (current or past) and have a solid understanding of social media and mobile services used by global K-pop fandom, especially in the US/EUR market - Have an innate curiosity about identifying problems and a proactive attitude - Communicate fluently in English and Korean (English native, Korean proficient) - Be able to document and present your findings - Be able to manage schedules and deadlines in a diligent manner - Holders of H-1, F-4, F-2, E-7, D-10 visas |
