Job Description
Title: Executive Assistant & Office Manager
[70%] Mainly PA to foreign executive:
- Schedule meetings & conference calls
- Handle important document including proposals, reports etc.
- Manage consultant BD & Travel expense reimbursement
- Assist Seoul & overseas offices in hotel / flight bookings
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
[30%] Subsidiary duty:
- Be in charge of office general affairs
- Cooperate with other PA/Receptionist
- Communicate with teams in HK & other locations for IT & finance related matters
- Issuing tax invoices and VAT filing
- More duties will be discussed at a face to face meeting
Job Requirements
Requirement:
- More than 2 year experience as Assistant or Office Admin
- English communication ability must have
- Professional phone manner must have
- Good sense in a busy & expanding organization
- Experience of work with foreigners or in global firms will be a plus
