Job Description

We are looking for part-time staff to support customer service and facility operations at a transit lounge and guesthouse in Yongsan. Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining shower and powder rooms, and cleaning guest rooms and common areas. These positions are open to foreign applicants with good English communication skills. Korean language skills are not required.

Foreign Applicants Welcome

• Student visa holders (D-2, etc.) may apply if they have the required authorization to work part-time in Korea

1. Transit Lounge Staff

Number of Positions: 1

Duties

• Provide customer service to lounge guests
• Perform detailed cleaning and maintenance of shower and powder rooms
• Additional duties may be assigned to candidates who are fluent in Chinese

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 5 days per week
• Weekend availability preferred

Working Hours

• 06:00–10:00
• 4 hours per day

Hourly Wage

• KRW 10,320 per hour

2. Guesthouse Cleaning Staff

Number of Positions: 1

Duties

• Clean and maintain guest rooms
• Clean and maintain common areas

Work Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• 3 days per week
• Availability for approximately 2 Sundays per month preferred

Working Hours

• 09:30–13:30
• Hours may be negotiable

Pay per Task

• Dormitory Room: KRW 7,000
• Private Room: KRW 10,000
• Common Area: KRW 5,000

Eligibility Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Must hold a valid visa/status that permits employment in Korea
• Responsible, diligent, and well-organized
• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
• Applicants living near Yongsan Station preferred
• For the Transit Lounge position, Chinese language skills are preferred
• Female candidates preferred.
