Change of Work Limitation

Working Holiday participant may not work over 25 hours/week.

This is to encourage Working Holiday(H-1) visa holders to have balanced working period and holiday period while their stay in Korea. This is regulated by Ministry of Justice, Korea immigration Service (KIS).

For Example, Belgium working holiday participant may work upto 25 hours/week for 6 months.

6 months = 25 weeks

25 hours x 25 weeks= 625 hours total

Belgium working holiday participant may work maximum of 625 hours while his/her stay in Korea.
