Key Responsibilities

1. Community Engagement:

• Actively participate in relevant online forums, guitar-related communities, and social media groups.

• Share valuable insights, answer questions, and contribute to discussions to establish our brand as an authority in the guitar world.

• Foster positive relationships with community members and potential customers.

2. Social Media Management:

• Manage and curate content for our company& #39;s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.

• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner.

• Create and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

3. Customer Service:

• Handle customer inquiries and support requests via email, social media, and other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information about our products, promotions, and services.

• Resolve customer issues or concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content, such as blog posts, videos, or infographics, to share with our online audience.


• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Passionate about guitars and music.

• Proven experience in community management, social media management, or customer service.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.

• Familiarity with guitar terminology and the music industry is a plus.

• Proficiency in using social media management tools and customer service software.

• A person who has obtained a visa to work full time or part time



Period: adjustable


Salary: Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Full-time : standard working hours 8 to 18, negotiable (1 hour fixed over-time included / Including 1 hour of Lunch time)

Part-time : schedule work, negotiable Working day: Monday ~ Friday (five days a week) Working



Location: Seoul/South Korea (59,Hwagok-ro 61-gil, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, South Korea) or Hybrid-Remote (Open to candidates worldwide)
