[KSV] Content Designer (contract)

We are looking for a content designer on a fixed-term. The content designer will work as a member of the digital content team of the marketing department for KSV eSports, ensuring the regular publication and delivery of high-quality content. They will attract and develop new audiences and deepen engagement with existing audiences by creating content for our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and other websites.

About the job

To succeed in this role, you will:

    o Design, Edit and publish content across various media for our fans.

    o Ensure content is accurate, timely, high-quality, based on insight, relevant to our audience, easily understood and in our tone of voice

    o Work with other film makers, translators, designers and co-worker in the team to produce great content

    o Contribute to a constantly evolving editorial strategy for reaching new and diverse audiences

    o Undertake their work in accordance with KSV policies and principles.

    o Undertake any other work that may be reasonably required from time to time

Background / Experience

Essential

    o Track record of producing high quality content targeted at a range of audiences.

    o Proven experience designing user-focused content for the web and SNS

    o Demonstrable track record of making and explaining sound editorial decisions.

    o Experience working as part of an editorial team and marketing team

    o Track record of improving content and ability to produce examples of before and after your work.

    o Strong understanding of analytics and how they can be used to design great content

Skills:

Essential

    o Photoshop, Illustrator skills are critical.

    o Ability to productively communicate with domain experts of all kinds

    o Strong understanding of digital content creation tools such as Premiere, Final Cut and After Effects

    o The ability to meet deadlines and to plan content schedules in advance, both long and short-term

    o Ability to generate and assess ideas, and translate into deliverable content following a set process

    o Highly literate, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

    o Self-motivated, with good communication skills and a great team-oriented attitude

Desirable

    o Animation skills

    o Knowledge of wider digital trends

    o Understanding of web accessibility issues and best practice

    o Fluent in English

Education and Qualifications

    o Essential - Formal design education or equivalent industry experience

필수 자격 요건

    o Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign 등 디자인 프로그램에 능숙한 인재

    o Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter 등의 SNS 컨텐츠 디자인 경력자

    o Premiere, Final Cut 프로그램과 After Effects에 대한 이해도가 높은 인재

    o FPS 게임을 선호하고 즐겨하는 인재

    o 킬러 컨텐츠 기획 및 디지털 및 마케팅 팀 프로젝트 유경험자

    o 유머에 능숙하며 eSports최신 트렌드를 분석하고 멋진 컨텐츠를 디자인할 수 있는 인재
