The 16th World Korean Language Speech Contest for Foreigners
             

● Purpose
A. To provide a venue for foreigners to display their talent in Korean language
B. To promote confidence in foreigners studying the Korean language and to provide a means to motivate their studies
C. To provide a venue for foreigners to participate and celebrate regardless of age, educational background, country/culture or profession
D. To promote friendship between Koreans and foreigners and to promote self-reflection among Koreans after their encounters with their foreign counterparts
E. To promote Korea and Korean language for globalization
