Job Description
Adorn Nail and Spa Ltd. Is looking for a full-time Nail and Spa Salon Manager.
At Adorn Nail and Spa we strive to provide the highest standard of care and
luxurious pampering services for our guests. Our excellent team of dedicated
professionals are here to provide tender care and quality services to each guest
who walk through our doors .Our extensive spa menu will definitely deliver an
indulgent and blissful spa experience.
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the Nail and Spa
Salon.
- Maintain and order supplies and materials.
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for Nail and Spa Salon staff.
- Perform as a nail and lash care specialist when other workers are not available.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Hire and train staff for Nail care, Spa and Cosmetic care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related field.
- Completion of Secondary school.
- Completion of a vocational program of Nail Care, Spa and Cosmetic care
(especially eyelash extension) are an asset.
- Fluent in English is an asset.
