Rains is looking for Sales Assistants with great personalities to fit an existing team in our flagship store, located in the heart of Copenhagen. We are currently searching for part time assistants.

You will be a part of our existing Rains Store team in Copenhagen. A young, talented and ambitious team of retailers acting as a vital part in growing our brand with us. Your role as Sales Assistant will be important making sure all customers receive a top class experience with us as a brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Show passion and excitement for the brand and product by being a great storyteller
• Convert walk-in traffic to customers and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement, and desire for the product and brand
• Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with Rains visual standards
• Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment

Your profile

• Experience in either retail, sales, or service is a plus
• Proven ability to build long lasting relationship with customers and colleagues
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both oral and written
• Accuracy and attention to detail needed
• Candidate should be team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively
• Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment, and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends, and holidays
